Fergie – A woman, 30 something, any ethnicity
Briane – A woman, 30 something, any ethnicity
Dafne – A woman, 30 something, any ethnicity

Time and Place
In the multiverse of Love’s Labour’s Lost.
A beach house on the East Coast. A living room. The set can be a few chairs to represent a couch.

(Lights up on FERGIE doing yoga moves. BRIANE and DAFNE enter, they both look like they
slept poorly. DAFNE has coffee. BRIANE and DAFNE sit on a couch.)

FERGIE
Well looky at what the cat dragged in. We missed the sunrise. I told you both we had to be on the beach at 6:30 sharp or we’d miss it.

BRIANE
The sunrise was never going to happen. We stayed out until 2.

DAFNE
I think I’m still drunk.

FERGIE
Listen ladies, I’m fine with the fact that you both got wasted last night, but we have a strict agenda for this weekend and we’re already off schedule and it’s only day two.

BRIANE
Honestly, I love you Fergie, you know I do, but if I knew every second was going to be planned I wouldn’t have come up here. I need a chill weekend with my girls. This isn’t chill.

DAFNE
Definitely not chill. The opposite of chill.

BRIANE
I wanted to hang out with my girls during the day and meet cute boys at night.

FERGIE
Okay, I can’t budge on this one. In my text I clearly said no boys this weekend. This is our weekend. A girls trip is for the girls!

BRIANE
Yeah, I saw the text and disagreed. Yo do you girl. I’ll do me. Or a man.

DAFNE
We’re awake now Fergie, what’s on your agenda.

FERGIE
Our agenda.
