POLICIES & ACCOUNTABILITY
Welcome to PlayGround! We are happy to have you as part of our community.
PlayGround is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment. To that end, below you’ll find the policies that we—staff, artists, audience members, donors, volunteers, and general members of the community alike—agree upon and are held accountable to when joining PlayGround.
We recognize that conflict can be a part of collaborating with others. We’re working to ensure that community members feel comfortable bringing their concerns directly to staff and/or project leaders, as appropriate. We also recognize and want to hold space for those that prefer to provide feedback anonymously and/or through PlayGround’s Ambassadors & Ombuds Program. The Concern and Grievance form (linked below) is the tool for that.
Each policy was established, and is reviewed annually, by the PlayGround Equity Workgroup, and is approved and adopted by the PlayGround Board. We invite feedback regarding our policies using this link.
